Yes, we offer flexible check-in/out when available. Please contact us in advance to request.
All properties feature self check-in via smart lock, keypad, or lockbox. Instructions will be sent upon booking, and a digital guidebook containing all check-in details will be provided on the day of arrival.
For shorter stays (reservations of 27 nights or fewer):
Full Refund: Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel 7–14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
For monthly stays (reservations of 28 nights or more):
Full Refund: Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.
After 28 Days: If a guest cancels after that, they will receive a refund of taxes, but you will be charged for the nights already spent plus the next 30 nights from the date of cancellation.
Fewer Than 30 Nights Remaining: If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, they’ll receive a pro-rated refund of taxes, and you’ll be charged for all remaining nights.
All units already have applied discounts for weekly and monthly bookings, but there may be more discounted rates for extended stays. Ideal for business travelers or temporary relocation.
Most of our units allow pets, and if a property is pet-friendly it will be clearly noted in the listing description. Please reach out to us directly to confirm availability and any applicable fees.
All of our properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in any common areas.
If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outside and at least a few feet away from the building to respect neighbors and prevent smoke from entering the property.
Please note that violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and/or penalties to cover smoke removal and damages.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low and be considerate of neighbors and fellow residents.
We do not typically require a security deposit, though this may vary depending on the length of stay.
Pet Fees: Additional fees may apply for guests traveling with pets, and the amount may vary based on the duration of the stay.
Cleaning Fees: Standard cleaning fees are already included in your reservation total. If you’d like extra cleanings during your stay, these can be arranged for an additional charge.
All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before booking, so there are no surprises.
All of our properties are professionally cleaned before your arrival, and fresh linens and towels are provided.
For extended stays of one month or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required at least once per month to ensure the property is well-maintained. This cleaning is provided free of charge, and we’ll coordinate with you to find the best time during your stay.
If you’d like additional cleanings during your stay—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed—these can be arranged for an extra fee. Please reach out to us in advance to schedule.
Each property is stocked with basic essentials to make your stay comfortable, including but not limited to:
