Prices appear when you choose dates. Most homes confirm instantly, and your total, every fee included, shows before you pay.
A quick ID check
After booking you get a link to your digital guidebook and a quick online ID check. The main guest must be 23 or older. This keeps the building secure for everyone.
Self check-in
Your entry code and check-in guide arrive on the day you arrive. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM, and direct guests can ask for up to 2 hours either side at no charge when the schedule allows.

Booking direct is always cheaper than Airbnb or any other booking site for the same home on the same dates, and every charge shows before you pay. Direct bookings currently have no security deposit and no damage waiver. Early check-in and late checkout, up to 2 hours each, are free depending on availability, and direct guests get first pick. Monthly guests also get a complimentary mid-stay clean every 30 nights.
Are these the same homes listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com?
Yes. They are the same homes, managed by the same team. Booking here gets you a lower price, the direct-booking perks and direct access to us.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. You pay by card through our secure checkout. Book 14 or more days out and you pay 50% now and the rest 14 days before check-in; inside 14 days the full amount is charged at booking. If a payment request ever looks wrong, call us at 414-250-8957 and we will confirm it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Stays under 28 nights: full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before check-in, 50% if you cancel 7 to 14 days before, and no refund inside 7 days. Stays of 28 nights or more: full refund until 30 days before check-in, after that the first 30 nights are non-refundable.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Call or text us about lockouts, appliances or supplies and our guest team will help, every day from 6am to 1am Pacific.
