Can I extend my stay?
Yes, when the calendar allows. Added nights are charged at the current rate for those nights, with no change fee. Email us a few days ahead and we will confirm.
What is the cancellation policy on a monthly stay?
Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in. After that, the first 30 nights are non-refundable.
How do I pay for a monthly stay?
By card through our secure checkout. If your check-in is 14 or more days away, you pay 50% at booking and the rest 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days, you pay the full amount at booking.
Is there a mid-stay clean?
Yes. Monthly guests get a complimentary clean every 30 nights. We coordinate the time with you, and extra cleans can be added for a fee.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. After you book we can send a receipt or an invoice with your company name. If a company needs to pay directly, email us before booking and we will set it up.
