We run several apartments in most of our buildings, so a group can stay together in one building, each apartment with its own kitchen and laundry. The organizer deals with one team from the first email to checkout.

Offsites, trainings, rotations and project teams. Each apartment has a desk, fast Wi-Fi and its own front door. Invoices in your company's name.
Insurance relocations
A furnished rental for a family while their home is repaired. Send us the dates and we will coordinate extensions and billing with your adjuster.
Travel nurses and medical staff
Close to a hospital in every city we host, with drive times on each listing. 13-week contracts fit our monthly pricing, and several nurses from one agency can stay in one building.
Sports teams and tournaments
Keep the team together near the venue. Our Glendale apartments are a few minutes from State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena; Phoenix units are minutes from Chase Field and the convention center.
Events and conferences
Stay near the convention center, the arena or the stadium, with a kitchen so the group is not eating out three times a day.

Longer jobs, flexible dates, and a washer and dryer for the work clothes.

Our team checks every building in your city and replies with the best fit, side by side where possible, with the total for each unit and every fee included.
Book and arrive
Confirm the units you want. The main guest on each booking completes a quick ID check, then gets the entry code and check-in guide on the day of arrival.

Can everyone be in the same building?
Often, yes. It depends on the dates. Tell us how many units you need and we will show you what is free together.
Can we get one invoice for the whole group?
Yes. We can invoice in your company's name, and direct company billing can be set up before booking.
What are the house rules for a group?
The same as every stay. No parties or events, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and only registered guests overnight. Each apartment has its own guest limit.
What is the cancellation policy?
The same policy applies to each unit. Under 28 nights: full refund 14 or more days before check-in, 50% from 7 to 14 days, none inside 7 days. 28 nights or more: full refund until 30 days before check-in, then the first 30 nights are non-refundable.
How does payment work for a group?
Each unit is paid by card through our secure checkout, or by company billing set up before booking. If check-in is 14 or more days away, 50% is due at booking and the rest 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days, the full amount is due at booking.
