If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

For added comfort and security, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only (it does not record audio or conversations). Please note that tampering with this device may result in a fee.
