You’ll have full use of the entire upstairs unit, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and game spaces. The garage and laundry area are shared, and the owner resides in the downstairs unit.
The backyard is also shared, though it’s rarely used by the owner. All outdoor games are available for your private use during your stay.
Street parking is generally easy to find. You may block the driveway briefly for loading and unloading, but parking in the driveway is not permitted.
Check-in is simple and fully contactless using a smart lock. Your personal entry code and arrival details will be sent on the morning of your check-in.
GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED
To comply with legal requirements and building policies, guests may be asked to complete a verification process. This can include providing a valid government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, submitting a credit card that matches the ID, and completing our secure verification portal. In some cases, a background check may also be required.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of the stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
• You agree to comply with all rental terms and conditions
• You understand that a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in
• You acknowledge that a background check may be required if requested by management or building regulations
• You understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is completed
While we do not expect issues, repeated violations of house rules may result in involvement of local authorities if necessary. If a guest must be removed, any related costs will be the guest’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a respectful environment.
Damage Protection Options
You will be asked to choose one of the following:
$50 non-refundable damage waiver, or
$500 refundable security deposit hold (not charged unless needed and released after checkout if no issues)
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation.
$25 per pet, per night
Maximum of 2 pets (cats and dogs only)
Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee
Noise Monitoring
The home is equipped with noise monitors that measure sound levels only (no recording of conversations). Tampering with these devices will result in a fee.
Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are installed at entry points, including the front and backyard doors, for safety and security.
