This home is located on the second floor and you need to walk up stairs to access the unit.
Guests have full access to the entire upstairs unit, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and game spaces. The garage and laundry area are shared spaces, and the owner lives in the downstairs unit.
Backyard space is shared; however, the owner generally does not use it. All outdoor games provided are for your private use during your stay.
Street parking is plentiful in this neighborhood, and you may block the driveway for loading and unloading. (Parking on the driveway itself is not allowed.)
Check-in is fully contactless through a smart deadbolt. Your personalized door code and arrival instructions will be sent the morning of check-in for a smooth and easy arrival.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a $500 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
Pets ARE allowed. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
$25/night
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
Outdoor security cameras covering entrances of the house for security such as the front door and backyard door.
