Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Any noise complaints or violations may result in immediate booking cancellation and removal from the property without refund.
Strict No-Party Policy
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Security cameras are installed above the door, and noise monitors are in place. Hosting a party of any kind will result in police involvement, immediate removal from the property, and no refund.
No unauthorized guests are allowed. A $100 fine per guest will be charged if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and common areas. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine with no exceptions.
Parking
We are not responsible for parking violations. Guests must follow the parking instructions provided in the check-in guide.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance. Size restrictions may apply. Service animals are welcome.
Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $500 fine with no exceptions.
Additional Fees
Extra cleaning (if property is left excessively dirty): Charged accordingly
Lost/unreturned key: $80
Lost/unreturned key fob: $150
Early check-in/late check-out (if available): $25/hour — must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Unauthorized late check-out: $500 fine
Keys & Lockboxes
If a lockbox is provided, keep it locked at all times. Some doors lock automatically — always carry your keys with you.

Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement before check-in. By booking, you agree to:

Failure to follow these requirements may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Repeated violations may involve local law enforcement, and any removal-related costs will be charged to the guest.

Pets are welcome depending on size and type, or if they are certified service animals. You must inform us in advance to avoid cancellation.
Additional Cleaning Fee (per pet):
1–7 nights: $25/night
8–29 nights: $200 flat fee
30+ nights: $300 flat fee

No weight limit, but the following breeds are not allowed: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

Pet Information Required Before Check-In: Name, Breed, Color, Photo, Rabies vaccination proof, and (for service animals) certification of the nature of service.
Security & Noise
Noise Monitors: Installed in units (measure decibels only; no recording). Tampering will result in a fee.
Security Cameras: Located in hallways for safety.
