Pets are welcome in designated units, subject to the following guidelines:
✔ Pet Notification: Inform us in advance and provide accurate details about your pet to avoid reservation cancellation.
✔ Cleaning Fees (Per Pet):
1-7 Nights: $25/night
8-29 Nights: $200 total
30+ Nights: $300 total
✔ Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats only). No weight limit, but the following breeds are not permitted:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.
✔ Unnotified Pets: Bringing pets without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.
We have noise monitors in the unit (measuring decibel levels only, no recording of sounds or conversations) and security cameras in the hallways for safety. Tampering with the noise monitor will result in a fee.
